About Bereaved Families of Ontario – Ottawa Region
BFO Ottawa provides a supporting environment and educational resources to help the healing begin. Our trained facilitators have lived through similar losses. Our programs and services include weekly walking groups (on hold during COVID), structured support groups, memorial events and educational workshops. We are a peer support model in which participants share their stories, provide support and help each other through their experiences with grief.
