About Heartache2Hope
Heartache2Hope offers grief support and counselling to adults who have experienced a suicide loss.
Support Groups include twice-monthly Open Grief Support Group sessions and 12-week Closed Grief Support Groups.
We offer Individual Grief Support with a professional grief counsellor and specially trained Peer Supporters. We also offer specialized trauma therapy.
Community events include an Annual International Survivors of Suicide Loss Day Event.
We provide education and training about suicide loss, traumatic bereavement, grief support and group facilitation.
