About Philip Aziz Centre for Hospice Care & Emily’s House Children’s Hospice
Philip Aziz Centre for Hospice Care, Emily’s House Children’s Hospice, and the Emily’s House @Home (EH @Home) program provide a variety of social, practical, emotional, respite, spiritual care, and grief & bereavement support to people of all ages and their families who are living with the challenges of life-limiting illness. Our programs are designed to care for adults (through the Philip Aziz Centre) and children (through Emily’s House Children’s Hospice and EH @Home), along with their caregivers and all family members, wherever they need it – at home, in hospital, or in hospice. Our professional staff and specially trained volunteers provide psycho-social support that is integrated into our clients’ goals of care.
All of our services are free of charge, and we accept self referrals, and referrals from Ontario Health@Home, family members, healthcare professionals and agencies, and caregivers.
