About Tamelynda Lux

Certified Grief Educator • Grief Support Practitioner • Clinical Hypnotherapist • End-of-Life Specialist

Tamelynda Lux offers private 1:1 sessions and group grief support for individuals and families navigating loss, transition, and renewal.

Her work integrates hypnotherapy (when appropriate and client approved) as a gentle, natural approach to calm the mind and body while easing the emotional weight of grief. In this relaxed, focused state, clients remain aware and in control as their subconscious mind opens to comfort and healing.

Working in harmony with counselling, psychotherapy, and somatic approaches, Tamelynda’s sessions provide a compassionate pathway to reduce anxiety, improve rest, and reconnect with strength, meaning, and peace.

She believes grief is not something to “get over,” but something to move through—and that healing begins in the safety of understanding and community.

MEMBER of the collective of grief practitioners at: “This Thing Called Grief” at Western University.
MEMBER of Bereavement Ontario Network.
