Hospice Simcoe-Seasons Centre provides a variety of end-of-life care and bereavement support for adults and children.
End of life care through residential and community support.
Bereavement support includes psychoeducational groups, peer support groups , anticipatory grief support, 1:1 support by volunteers or social workers
School Program – pre school, elementary & secondary, post-secondary
Volunteer Training, Grief Workshops
There is no fees for our services.
